Which Dextran Sulfate kit should I use?

The following are the uses we recommend for each dextran sulfate ELISA kit:

K-3800: Low Molecular Weight Dextran Sulfate (LMWDS) ELISA for Buffer or Urine

a.. This kit is suitable for measuring most Low Molecular Weight Dextran Sulfates (LMWDS) in buffer, saline or urine. These dextran sulfates typically have molecular weights from 5,000 to 10,000 Daltons.
b. These LMWDSs can be measured in the 0.003 through 0.1 micrograms per mL range.

K-3900 High Molecular Weight Dextran Sulfate (HMWDS) ELISA for Buffer

This kit is suitable for measuring High Molecular Weight Dextran Sulfate (HMWDS) in buffer, saline or urine typically in the range 0.003 to 0.3 micrograms per mL. These dextran sulfates typically have molecular weights of 10,000 to 2,000,000 Daltons.

K-4000: Low Molecular Weight Dextran sulfate (LMWDS) ELISA or Plasma

a. suitable for measuring Low Molecular Weight Dextran Sulfate (LMWDS) in plasma in the range 0.1 to 30 micrograms per mL.
b. has been used with mouse, rat, rhesus and human plasmas.
c. suitable for LMWDS pharmacokinetics and clinical research.

K-4100: High Molecular Weight Dextran Sulfate (HMWDS) ELISA for Plasma

a. suitable for measuring High Molecular Weight Dextran Sulfate (HMWDS) in plasma in the range 0.01 to 2 micrograms per mL.
b. has been used with mouse, rat and human plasmas.
c. suitable for pharmacokinetics and clinical research.

K-4200:Extended Range LMWDS/HMWDS ELISA for Buffer

a. suitable for measuring High Molecular Weight Dextran Sulfate (HMWDS) in buffer or saline in the range 0.003 to 0.3 micrograms per mL.
b. suitable for measuring Low Molecular Weight Dextran Sulfate (LMWDS) in buffer or saline in the range 0.01 to 1.0 micrograms per mL.

K-4300:Extended Range LMWDS ELISA for Buffer

a. suitable for measuring Low Molecular Weight Dextran Sulfate (LMWDS) in buffer or saline in the range 3 to 1000 micrograms per mL.
b. best for inprocess control of LMWDS.
