Which kit should I use?

The following are the uses we recommend for each heparin ELISA kit.
Please note that LMWH is usually measured in micrograms per mL while UFH is usually measured in U/mL:

K-1800: Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) ELISA for Buffer or Urine
a.. This kit is suitable for measuring most Low Molecular Weight Heparins (LMWH) in buffer, saline or urine.
b.. LMWHs assayed using the K-1800 include enoxaparin, dalteparin, fraxiparin, tinzaparin, parnaparin and ardeparin.
c.. These LMWHs can be measured in the 0.01 through 10.0 micrograms per mL range.
d.. This is also our most sensitive kit for UFH. UFH is Unfractionated Heparin and often just called heparin.
e.. Heparin can be measured from 0.001 to 0.3 U/mL using K-1800.
f.. This kit is valuable for measuring leach rates of heparin sepharose or heparin coated devices.

K-1900: Unfractionated Heparin (UFH) ELISA for Buffer
This kit is suitable for measuring Heparins (UFH) in buffer, saline or urine in the range 0.01 to 2 U/mL.

K-2000: Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) ELISA or Plasma
a.. suitable for measuring Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) in plasma in the range 0.1 to 30 micrograms per mL.
b.. has been used with mouse, rat, rhesus and human plasmas.
c.. suitable for LMWH pharmacokinetics and clinical research.

K-2100: Unfractionated Heparin (UFH) ELISA for Plasma
a.. suitable for measuring Heparins (UFH) in plasma in the range 0.01 to 2 U/mL.
b.. Suitable for human plasmas.
c.. suitable for UFH pharmacokinetics and clinical research.

K-2150: Unfractionated Heparin (UFH) ELISA for Rat Plasma
a.. suitable for measuring Heparins (UFH) in rat plasma in the range 0.01 to 2 U/mL.
b.. has been used with mouse and rat plasmas.
c.. suitable for UFH pharmacokinetics and clinical research.

K-2200:Extended Range ELISA for Buffer
a.. suitable for measuring Heparins (UFH) in buffer or saline in the range 0.1 to 10 U/mL.
b.. best precision and accuracy of any of our kits and was specially developed for in process testing, quality control and stability studies for 1.0 U/mL heparin flush syringes.

K-2300: Ultra Range ELISA for Buffer
a.. suitable for measuring Heparins (UFH) in buffer or saline in the range 0.5 to 150 U/mL.
b.. specially developed for in process testing, quality control and stability studies for 10 and 100 U/mL heparin flush syringes.
