Lifespan Technologies is pleased to offer a variety of purchasing methods to suit your particular situation.
Online With Credit Cards
You may use our website to conveniently order using your credit card. Click “Add to Cart” on the product you want and after your products are selected you may checkout seamlessly on our website. Fill in your information and then confirm your order. We are also able to process credit cards submitted on faxed, emailed or phoned in orders.
Purchase Orders
Companies may email their purchase orders to

Shipping
We ship via FedEx 2Day service or International Priority, and can ship on either your FedEx account or Lifespan’s. Please include your shipping preference on the order.
Handling
Shipments are in insulated shippers with frozen gel packs. All orders are charged $30 packing and handling fee.
Bulk Ordering Is Available
We offer bulk shipping options to reduce environmental impact and to lower your shipping costs:
Orders in multiples of 5 kits will ship in a 5X kit box Upon request, we will ship kits in sealed plastic bags, thus totally eliminating kit boxes It is possible to ship in bulk volume bottles as opposed to single-use vials for large orders
