Refund and Returns Policy - LifeSpan Technologies

Overview

Our kits are quality tested before shipping to customers. We do not refund customer purchases. We will consider a replacement product if the customer provides data showing the kit or product was defective while following proper procedures.

No Refunds

Lifespan Technologies generally does not refund a customer’s product purchase. In the event a customer orders and pays for a product that Lifespan is unable to ship– we will return the purchase price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if the customer provides data that a product was defective or did not perform to specification. Please contact us using the Contact page.

Shipping Problems

Lifespan’s kits and products are temperature sensitive. We take extensive measures to ensure proper temperature is maintained during shipping. We use FedEx and track every package. We are happy to work with customers that want to use a different courier; however, the customer assumes all risk and liability for any problems.

If the courier misplaces or mishandles a package, Lifespan will work with the courier to collect damages. We will make every effort to rapidly send a replacement.
